Top Rate Heat Mats and Heat Strips
Heat mats are necessary for reptiles to keep a constant heat within your vivarium.
If you need spot bulbs and UV bulbs the heat mat gives a nice heat overnight when the other bulbs are turned off and helps to create a normal day/night temperature regulation.
They don't overheat and are perfectly safe for constant use.
They can be positioned on either the base of the tank (not recommended for burrowing creatures who burrow away from the heat of the sun !!) or, on any side.
There are 11 different sizes available so you will definitely find one for your creature.
Remember you don't want the mat to be the full size of the base of your tank so your creature can move into a cooler area if he wants.
