General information about latex toys:
Owners of young dogs should favour latex toys because young dogs still have very sharp teeth
and they tend not to simply bite a toy, but to completely chew it to pieces which can mean
that parts are swallowed. The latex toys are much more robust than vinyl and uaually last a lot longer.
As latex does not harden inside the stomach or intestines swallowing a small piece should
not be cause for concern as it is normally passed through the digestive system and passed
out without problems. Nevertheless dogs should only be allowed to play with latex toys while under supervision.
